About The HC Solitaires

Established in October 2017, the Hunslet Club Solitaires are our award-winning majorette troupe. The Solitaires compete their Military Freestyle routines around the North West of England, representing The Hunslet Club with pride at competitions throughout the region.

Since the troupe began, the Solitaires have won numerous awards and accolades across all their age groups over the last 8 years. Our members range from young beginners to experienced performers, all working together as a team.

What You'll Learn

Members learn how to twirl a baton, create formations as a team, and dance while learning routines. Our sessions combine technical baton skills with choreographed dance movements, developing coordination, teamwork, and performance abilities.
